From Lou (Owner of Legends):
Hello
and thanks for your continued support. Just a little background
on Legends. Although the Legends name is relatively new (we
opened in Centerpointe Mall in August of 2005), we were formerly
known as Baseball Card City, which I opened in Cascade in
1988. We enjoyed a long run in the old location but the move
to the mall store has allowed us to grow into the true sports
fans store that we've become, focusing on more sports memorabilia
and sports novelties as well as continuing to offer the great
selection of sports cards and CCG's that we've always been
known for.
We constantly strive to make Legends more than just a place
that sells stuff and to make it a destination for fun. If
you haven't been to one of our pack wars events, you should
check it out. It's a fun way that makes opening packs of cards
a social event. There's freebies for everyone that participates
and many people walk out with a ton of big prizes, with over
$1000 worth being given away each month. We also provide rewards
for good grades and offer a variety of other programs and
events.
What has been particularly enjoyable has been having the opportunity
to bring in the many athletes that we have had sign at Legends.
It is truly you, our customers, our friends who have made
Legends Sports & Games the best store of it's kind in
the state. (I might be a little biased so judge for yourself).
Please take this as an open invitation to contact me regarding
any suggestions, comments, or concerns.
Thanks again for making us what we are.
